No. Upload one photo of you and one photo of your pet. Twinning creates the matching look from those two photos. If your pet won’t pose, take the photos separately, then choose a look such as holiday pajamas.

Our last 23 local previews averaged 1.2 minutes. Allow 2–3 minutes; timing can vary. Twinning uses your two photos as references. Facial features, poses and pet details may vary. Exact likeness and isolated edits are not guaranteed.

Each purchased portrait includes one free re-style. Keep the same template and try a different pose or background. Choose Re-style this portrait on your order page. You will need to upload your photos again. The single HD portrait is $4.99; three HD portraits are $14.50 in one order (about $4.83 each). Checkout remains in test mode; no real charges.

Photos are used only to generate the requested matching portrait. They are not sold for ads. Marketing email is optional and separate from checkout. Unsubscribing does not affect order emails. Originals are removed after the provider accepts the generation, or within 24 hours. Free previews expire after 24 hours; paid HD files remain available for 30 days. Twinning does not train its own models with your photos. Provider retention terms must be confirmed before launch. Read the Privacy Policy.

Yes. You receive a PNG at the generated resolution. Current sample files are 1024 × 1280 pixels. Recommended prints are up to 5 × 6.25 inches at about 200 ppi. Larger prints may look soft. Check your downloaded file’s dimensions. Physical products via Printful are planned after launch. Ornaments, mugs and apparel are not available to buy on this digital site.

Yes. Every portrait is AI-generated from your photos. Twinning creates a photo-style matching portrait.

You can request a refund before downloading any HD portrait. After any HD download, the order is non-refundable, except where required by law or for faulty files. If a paid image fails or a file is missing or corrupt, we will remake it where feasible or refund it under the Terms.

Twinning supports dogs and cats. Use one clear owner photo and one clear pet photo. Current collections: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Cozy Winter, Formal, Pet Birthday, Gotcha Day (adoption anniversary), Sport and outdoor, Valentine's Day, and Wedding. Only approved looks with sample photos are shown. Wedding looks show one person with their pet; portraits of two people are not available yet.

Yes. After you unlock an HD portrait, you can pick a card frame and add a title and a short wish. Choose Christmas, New Year, birthday, Gotcha Day, anniversary or wedding wishes, or write your own, then download. Each unlocked portrait includes up to 3 of these cards. A card you download is an e-card, not a mailed paper card.

Digital portraits keep today's refund rule. You can request a refund before downloading any HD portrait. After any HD download, the order is non-refundable, except where required by law or for faulty files. One HD download makes the whole digital order non-refundable. Printed gifts are not on sale yet. When they are, we ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to Canada, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, and we will not send those orders from a United States warehouse. The price includes printing and standard shipping inside the United States. It does not include sales tax. What we pay the print partner for the blank, the print, and shipping is not a tax-inclusive price for you. If your state requires sales tax, it is added before you pay. The carrier does not collect sales tax or customs on a delivery inside the United States. After you pay, you have 2 hours to cancel for a refund. We contact Printful only after those 2 hours. We do not send Printful an order, not even a draft, during that time. Once printing has started, we cannot cancel because you changed your mind, chose the wrong size, or think shipping is too slow. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, or the package is lost in transit, we will reprint it or refund it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, or of the estimated delivery date if it never arrives, and include a photo of the problem. You do not have to mail a defective item back. A change of mind is not a defect. If you refuse delivery, the address cannot be delivered to, or the package is unclaimed, you still pay for the product and the shipping out. We do not reprint it. Sending it again requires you to pay the return and the new shipping. An unclaimed return is not refunded. Inside the United States, printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days after we send the order to print. Standard delivery usually takes another 3 to 4 business days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed date. Mockups are only a reference for printing. A card you download is an e-card, not a mailed paper card. Paper cards are not sold. For paper copies, download the HD file and print it yourself. I cannot approve a discount or an exception to these rules.
